Marital comedy classic How The Other Half Loves, penned by theatrical favourite Alan Ayckbourn, is revived at the Theatre Royal Haymarket for a limited London season.

The plays follows the course of action taken by Bob Phillips, husband to Teresa, and Fiona Foster, wife to Frank, as they desperately seek to cover up their affair. But confusion is rife when William and Mary Featherstone, cited as alibis by the pair, somehow find themselves drawn into the centre of suspicions instead.

Falsely accused of adultery, but with little idea as how they’ve become implicated, events culminate in sheer farce at two dinner parties taking place on successive nights, but shown simultaneously. Which of the three couples will emerge from the hilarious chain of incidents intact?

This exciting revival produced by West End producer Bill Kenwright promises a rib-tickling, jovial, and all at once heartbreaking, evening.
