The Hokey Cokey Man is the story of the popular musician Al Tabor who wrote the famous song The Hokey Cokey.

Written by Al Tabor’s grandson, the play unfolds the tempestuous life of the colourful London bandleader: his many love affiars, personal losses and final redemption. Composed in 1940, The Hokey Cokey was written by Tabor to lift people’s spirits during the Blitz.
