The National Theatre of Belgrade present Henry VI Part 1 in Serbian as part of the Globe’s innovative programme Globe To Globe.

Nikita Milivojevic has directed in Sweden, the USA, and Greece and is the former Artistic Director of the celebrated BITEF festival – the most significant cultural forum in modern Serbia. He makes his debut in the UK with this thrilling drama of political scheming and military heroics.

Globe To Globe sees every one of Shakespeare’s 37 plays performed in a different language by international companies. The result is a once in a life time, six week celebration of the incredible breadth of communities and languages that make up London’s vibrant cultural landscape.

Henry VI Part 1 is performed in association with the Laza Kostic fund.
