I Don’t Believe In Outer Space is a very personal piece of work by William Forsythe, performed by The Forsythe Company. Both comic and tragic, it looks at the nature of our existence through the eyes of the choreographer, its movements reflecting the world’s fragility, power and mortality at the same time.

I Don’t Believe In Outer Space featuring 14 dancers and a soundtrack by Thom Willems.

Forsythe is one of the world’s most influential choreographers. His early work is acknowledged for reorienting the practice of ballet from its identification with the classical repertoire to a dynamic 21st century art form. His more recent works have extended his research on the potential of dance as a performance style and choreography as a means of creating structure.

I Don’t Believe In Outer Space is suitable for theatregoers aged 14 and older.
