A superstar in Spain, vocalist Estrella Morente has dazzled audiences and critics alike with her compelling performances of flamenco and popular Spanish songs in the Andalusian tradition.

Daughter of the famed singer Enrique Morente and dancer Aurora Carbonell, Estrella Morente is a passionate new voice in flamenco who brings a fresh approach to this revered tradition. She can be heard on the soundtrack of Pedro Almodovar’s Volver, and is a recent Latin Grammy nominee.

Estrella Morente performs as part of Sadler’s Wells‘s Flamenco Festival London 09.
