1939, the front line of the Winter War between the Soviet Union and Finland: A Soviet soldier loses his troop and is found by a Finnish sniper. Caught in a war that is not of their making they discover a deep bond that changes their lives forever.

Tatar National Theatre, the first professional theatre company of the Muslim world, presents Dumb Cuckoo, along with First Theatre and Iron Pea to celebrate its centenary.

The production is presented in Tatar with English translation.
