Inspired by the real memoirs of the legendary lover and notorious seducer, Casanova provides a snapshot of his adventures and extraordinary life, as 11 actors and three musicians romp through 18th century Europe and a cast of colourful characters.

Casanova’s exploits are brought to life through a series of scenes and vignettes throwing light on his romantic conquests and scandalous schemes, but also telling the story of his one true love.

Casanova’s tales include the seduction of more than 100 women from nuns to noblewomen, and rubbing shoulders with the aristocracy across Europe.

Casanova premiered at the Greenwich Playhouse in summer 2008.
