Pilot Theatre, the award-winning company who brought you Road, Rumblefish and Lord of the Flies brings you this compelling tale of betrayal, passion and the corrupting nature of power.

When, in a country torn apart by civil war, 14 year old Signy marries the head of the rival family, peace for the two families is within their grasp until her new husband annihilates her family. Only Signy and her brother survive and both are determined to get revenge – at any price…

Pilot’s world premiere production of Melvin Burgess’ novel draws on the game playing culture of the 21st Century to tell a story steeped in Norse myths and legends, shape changing and cloning, violence and love. Suitable for 13+.
