The acclaimed Antonio Gades Company presents a powerful re-staging of Gades’s all-time classic Carmen, starring Stella Arauzo and Adrian Galia. Featuring a cast of 26 singers, musicians and dancers, Antonio Gades’ Carmen perfectly captures the essence of Bizet’s love story, adding a modern twist.

Having begun life as an award-winning film by Gades and Carlos Suara, this stage version is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary and comes to London following a world-wide tour.

Antonio Gades’ Carmen plays at Sadler’s Wells as part of the Flamenco Festival London 09.
