Simon Callow returns to the London stage in Dickens’s famous festive tale, A Christmas Carol.

A Christmas Carol tells the story of wealthy miser Ebenezer Scrooge, a grumpy moneylender with a hatred of the festive season. One Christmas Eve a quartet of ghosts appear to him, hoping that a trip through Christmases of the past, present and future will alter his views and save his soul.

This Callow-led production of A Christmas Carol takes Dickens’s own performing version of the seasonal story as its starting point.
