A double helping of Waitress news has been announced, with an extended run and final shows announced for Ashley Roberts.

There’s going to be a big delivery of sugar, butter and flour at the Adelphi Theatre, as Waitress is extending its run until January 2020 due to popular demand.

And for those of you eager to see Ashley Roberts in the role of love-struck Dawn, you’ve only got a few more weeks to catch her performance. Ashley’s final show will be on the 10 August, with Laura Baldwin returning to the role of Dawn from the 12 August.

Waitress also stars Lucie Jones (X Factor) as Jenna, Blake Harrison (The Inbetweeners) as Ogie, Marisha Wallace (Dreamgirls) as Becky , Peter Hannah as Earl, David Hunter (Kinky Boots) as Dr. Pomatter and Shaun Prendergast as Old Joe.

With music by hit singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles, this Tony-nominated musical is all about Jenna, a waitress in a small-town diner, stuck in an unhappy marriage.

But just as she’s about to leave, Jenna discovers she’s pregnant, and all her previously cooked-up plans take a turn. But with a pie-making competition nearby offering a large cash prize, and a new doctor making her see the world differently, can Jenna bake the recipe for success?

You can book tickets to Waitress right here on Official London Theatre!
