TKTS’ West End Wednesdays returns

Published 28 October 2014

TKTS’ popular half price ticket offer West End Wednesdays will return next month offering theatre fans the chance to see shows including Speed-The-Plow, Urinetown The Musical and Ghost Stories from as little as £10.

Half price tickets for more than 10 top London shows will be available every Wednesday throughout November from 10:00 in person at the Official London Theatre Ticket Booth in Leicester Square.

Following the success of July’s first ever West End Wednesdays, November’s line-up is once again packed with an incredible mix of exciting musicals, acclaimed dramas, sparkling comedies and spooky classics.

Joining cult production Urinetown The Musical in the musical offerings is fellow Jamie Lloyd-directed hit The Commitments, glamorous conman comedy Dirty Rotten Scoundrels The Musical and the West End premiere production of long-running musical theatre satire Forbidden Broadway.

Play lovers can indulge in the selection of recently opened productions on offer, including Great Britain, East Is East, The Play That Goes Wrong and Speed-The-Plow, or catch a classic long-runner with The 39 Steps, The Woman In Black and Ghost Stories also taking part.

Established in 1980, Leicester Square’s iconic TKTS has been the number one ticket booth for on the day and advanced, discounted and full priced tickets for more than 30 years.

Run by the Society of London Theatre, the organisation also behind Official London Theatre, all proceeds made at the award-winning booth are invested straight back into the theatre industry.

Visit www.tkts.co.uk for more information and full details of how you can take advantage of West End Wednesdays this winter.
