Go grab a slushi because Heathers The Musical is hot, hot, hot! When tickets went on sale last week, The Other Palace Theatre’s box office records were broken and left for dust. And, the European premiere of the hit musical is in such high demand, more tickets have been released.

An additional performance has been added to the strictly limited eight-week run which starts on 9 June 2018. With the new performance, an additional 1,000 tickets have been released for sale today. And if that wasn’t enough excitement, more tickets will be added every Friday.Heathers The Musical at The Other Palace

The dark comedy is based on the 1988 film, Heathers, which starred Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. It’s the story of Veronica Sawyer, one of those most popular girls in her high school. But even with her popularity, Veronica feels unfulfilled and ostracised, mainly due to her three “best friends”, the Heathers. When a new boy joins her class, Veronica decided to break free from the pack with disastrous consequences.

Heathers The Musical is written by Olivier Award-winner Laurence O’Keefe (Legally Blonde) and Kevin Murphy (Desperate Housewives). It had a successful run in New York and LA before coming to London for five sell-out workshops. It now has new material and it’s ready to take the UK by storm!

Heather The Musical will star Carrie Hope Fletcher as Veronica. Carrie is a seasoned West End performer despite her young age. She’s famed for her award-winning turn as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, plus she’s played Eponine in Les Misérables.

To get your hands on Friday tickets releases (which will be for all ticket types starting from £25), The Other Palace recommend following their social media accounts to snatch yourself a ticket.
