Chickenshed's Tales From The Shed

More Tales are told from the shed

First Published 19 April 2012, Last Updated 19 April 2012

Chickenshed’s popular interactive children’s show Tales From The Shed returns to the Southgate venue this summer.

Aimed at children aged seven and under, Tales From The Shed brings children and performers together, taking them on a journey where they can meet a range of interesting characters, including Can-Can the beautiful bird and The Thing That Goes Blurgh!

The 50-minute shows, which are held on Friday and Saturday mornings from 4 May until 14 July, have been created to improve children’s literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Tales From The Shed has been running at the Chickenshed theatre since 1996 and has created hundreds of original songs and stories, which have now been enjoyed by thousands of children.
