First look: Rehearsal images from Anything Goes and Constellations
Rehearsals for Anything Goes and Constellations are underway and lucky for us, we’ve got a sneak peek!
Nick Payne‘s beautiful and heartbreaking romance Constellations is revived at the Vaudeville Theatre from 18 June – 12 September, with four different casts taking turns to journey through the multiverse exploring the infinite possibilities of a relationship; each refracting the play afresh.
The play will star Sheila Atim and Ivanno Jeremiah (18 June – 1 August), Peter Capaldi and Zoë Wanamaker (23 June – 24 July), Omari Douglas and Russell Tovey (30 July – 11 September), and Anna Maxwell Martin and Chris O’Dowd (6 August – 12 September).
A quantum physicist and a beekeeper meet at a barbeque. They hit it off, or perhaps they don’t. They go home together, or maybe they go their separate ways. In the multiverse, with every possible future ahead of them, a love of honey could make all the difference.

Olivier and Tony Award-winning stars Robert Lindsay and Sutton Foster will be playing the lead roles in this major new production of Cole Porter and P.G Wodehouse’s classical musical, Anything Goes, set aboard the S.S America.
Playing at the Barbican Theatre from 23 July – 16 October, the story is that of two unlikely pairs who set off on the course to find true love. Anything Goes is filled with antics and timeless fun and features a joyful, gold-plated score of theatre’s most memorable standards, including ‘I Get A Kick Out of You’, ‘You’re the Top’ and ‘It’s De- Lovely!’

Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre confirms full casting for Carousel
Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre have today confirmed full casting for Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel, which plays 31 July – 25 September. Joining the already announced Carly Bawden (Julie Jordan), Declan Bennett (Billy Bigelow), John Pfumojena (Enoch Snow), Joanna Riding (Nettie Fowler) and Natasha May Thomas (Louise Bigelow) are Brendan Charleson (Mr Bascombe), Jo Eaton-Kent (Mrs Mullin), Sam Mackay (Jigger Craigin), Ediz Mahmut (Young Enoch) and Christina Modestou (Carrie Pipperidge).
The ensemble includes: Chanelle Anthony, Craig Armstrong, William Atkinson, Shay Barclay, Sarah Benbelaid, Madeline Charlemagne, Freya Field, Sebastian Goffin, Amie Hibbert, Tim Hodges, Lukas Hunt, Tessa Kadler, Lindsay McAllister, Matthew McKenna, Jack Mitchell, Charlotte Riby, Lisa Ritchie and Daisy West.
Celebrated for their innovative approach to classic musicals, rediscover Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel in the unique surroundings of Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre. Featuring a score that includes ‘If I Loved You’ and ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’, director Timothy Sheader reunites with Superstar choreographer Drew McOnie.
