In The Heights announces final extension

First Published 31 August 2016, Last Updated 31 August 2016

Lin-Manuel Miranda’s In The Heights has extended its London run at the King’s Cross Theatre for the third and final time, and is now booking until Sunday 8 January 2017.

The show will also welcome new cast members from 16 September, including Arun Blair-Mangat as Benny, Juliet Gough as Camilla and Stephanie Rojas as Carla. Sarah Naudi, who has been with the show since it opened at the Southwark Playhouse in 2014, will play the role of Vanessa, and Damian Buhagiar returns to the production as Sonny, having originated the role in 2014.

The show picked up three Olivier Awards earlier this year, including Outstanding Achievement In Music, Best Theatre Choreographer (Drew McOnie) and Best Actor In A Supporting Role In A Musical (David Bedella). In The Heights is a joyously uplifting tale of young love in a community on the brink of change. Set in one bustling neighbourhood where everyone knows everybody, the breeze carries the sweet sounds of three generations of music.

Book today to catch it before it closes.
