We don’t even know where to begin summing up West End LIVE 2019. Do we start with the incredible atmosphere, generated by hundreds of thousands of musical theatre aficionados in Trafalgar Square? Do we rave about the world-class performances filling the stage minute-by-minute across a whole weekend? Do we cry because it’s over, or laugh because it happened? Do we start the countdown for 2020 NOW?

Nope, there’s really no way to sum up just how brilliant the past weekend was. With hours and hours of fantastic – and did we mention free?! – performances from the world’s greatest stage shows, taking place right at the heart of the West End, West End LIVE was once again a weekend that will live long in the memory.

But thankfully, though we’ve no way to summarise it, we’ve plenty of ways to remember it. From the chance to relive every performance on this very website, to the brilliant snaps taken by photographer Pamela Raith, who was everywhere across the weekend, we’ll be looking back at these snippets for days to come.

What a weekend.
