The Olivier Awards 2019 with Mastercard was a special event full of incredible performances, top-quality hosts, worthy winners, and of course, Danny Dyer.

But ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of such a massive and glamorous event? Thanks to our incredible photographers David Levene and Pamala Raith, we can show you!

These photos capture the side of the evening that most people don’t see. From the make-up and hair sessions before a performance, and waiting in the wings all dolled up, to the winners’ corridor where smiling recipients walk towards the press room to greet the world’s media, there’s so much more to the Olivier Awards than you may imagine!
