Full La Soirée line-up swings into West End

Published 27 September 2016

Audiences will be swinging into a pop-up site in Leicester Square this Christmas, as the cabaret spectacular La Soirée has announced tantalising full casting for its latest Spiegeltent-based production.

New performers announced today include sensational juggler Olivia Porter, jazz songstress Acantha Lang, the hula-hooping Satya Bella, the death-defying trapeze artist Jarred Dewey, innovative acrobat David Girard and mischievous comedy duo The Daredevil Chickens.

The eclectic mix will join the returning cabaret performer Ursula Martinez, chivalrous acrobats The English Gents, and Norse magician Captain Frodo in the show’s new home on the ‘Christmas in Leicester Square’ site, with the show playing from 11 November until 8 January 2017.

Featuring a roll call of brand new acts mixed in with old favourites, the hugely popular theatrical cabaret showcase, which won the Olivier Award for Best Entertainment in 2015, will offer huge variety at the heart of the West End, with world-class magic, mind-boggling contortion, supreme showings of skill, awesome acrobatic feats and – of course – sensual serenades. Audiences are advised that the show is recommended for ages 18+.

Having played across five continents and seen over 75 artists perform in over 25 cities, the globally enjoyed show has been witnessed by over 5.5 million people in the 12 years since the company first played together, and now brings its renowned Spiegeltent to the heart of London’s Theatreland.
