Stars, stars everywhere – and they’re about to get down to dance. McFly’s Harry Judd, JLS’s Aston Merrygold, The Wanted’s Jay McGuiness and Olympic gymnast Louis Smith have formed the ultimate dance boy band for Rip It Up – The 60s, now playing at the Garrick Theatre – and we’ve a first look at them in action.

Bringing together four legendary contestants from Strictly Come Dancing (three of them series champions), Rip It Up – The 60s celebrates all things that decade – think *ahem* The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Beach Boys, The Mamas & The Papas, Dusty Springfield, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Motown artists including Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder… and we could keep going!

Throw in an explosion of song, dance, acrobatics and amazing visuals, and this four-month London engagement looks like it’ll be as entertaining as it is eye-popping. Rip It Up – The 60s is booking at the Garrick Theatre until Sunday 2 June.

With Aston and Jay’s golden voices singing, Harry storming the drums, and Louis performing the sensational gymnastic feats that led him to 4 Olympic medals from 3 separate Olympic Games, at the beating heart of the show is the fab four’s phenomenal dancing talent.

The show has previously won hearts all over the country on tour, and now arrives in the West End to amaze all.
