Dan and Jeff pot Potter once more

Potted Potter: The Unauthorised Harry Experience returns to London’s Trafalgar Studios for a third Christmas season this year, playing from 8 December to 2 January.

Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner’s hit parody of JK Rowling’s Harry Potter books is an 80-minute stage romp through all seven novels aimed at Potter virgins and devotees alike. Using a plethora of costumes, songs and props, a fire-breathing dragon, a large helping of Hogwarts magic and some audience participation, Dan and Jeff present their potted version of the Potter story, complete with a real life game of Quidditch.

The CBBC presenters and former Blue Peter storytellers have enjoyed worldwide success with Potted Potter since they first created the show in 2005, including runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and tours to Australia and New Zealand in addition to two seasons at Trafalgar Studios. They have since created a second show, Potted Pirates, which has played at London’s Greenwich and New Wimbledon theatres.

Potted Potter: The Unauthorised Harry Experience is recommended for all muggles aged six and over.
