Showbiz legends, showbiz legends everywhere! Dolly Parton has revealed full casting for 9 To 5 The Musical at the Savoy Theatre – and Bonnie Langford’s joining in the fun.

Playing the role of Roz Keith, Langford will star alongside the previously announced Louise Redknapp (Violet Newstead), Amber Davies (Judy Bernly), Natalie McQueen (Doralee Rhodes) and Brian Conley (Franklin Hart), when Parton’s musical starts up performances on 28 January 2019.

It’s a quick West End stage switch for Langford, who can be seen as Dorothy Brock in 42nd Street at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane until 5 January. Her celebrated theatre career incorporates starring in the original cast of Cats, Me And My Girl and Sweet Charity, as well as portraying Roxie Hart in Chicago in the West End and on Broadway.

The full cast of 9 To 5 The Musical will also include Victoria Anderson, Alexander Bartles, Ashford Campbell, Simon Campbell, Rhiane Drummond, Demmileigh Foster, Llandyll Gove, Lucinda Lawrence, Jenny Legg, Christopher Jordan Marshall, Natasha Mould, Sean Needham, Jon Reynolds, James Royden-Lyley, Giles Surridge, Sasha Wareham and Emily Woodford.

9 To 5 is the story of Doralee, Violet and Judy – three workmates whose sexist and egotistical boss grinds their gears. So they decide to turn the tables on their despicable supervisor and kidnap him – but will the hilarious plan unravel when the CEO turns up unexpectedly?

With music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, and book by Patricia Resnick, 9 To 5 The Musical is inspired by the cult film all about taking care of business!
