First Published 3 September 2010, Last Updated 29 April 2020

The new Access London Theatre brochure is now available and contains details of over 120 assisted performances taking place across London’s Theatreland this autumn.

The brochure, which is published three times a year, is an invaluable source for any theatregoers who find it difficult to see or hear what is happening onstage.

Listing assisted performances from September to December 2010, this season’s brochure includes audio-described, sign-language interpreted and captioned performances for a wide range of shows including the biggest West End musicals, new writing in fringe theatres, dance at famous venues and classic plays at traditional playhouses. The brochure contains a description for each show, details of tickets prices and how to book, as well information about the different types of assisted performance and links to useful organisations.

Also included in the brochure is the Society of London Theatre’s Access Venue Guide which contains detailed information for over 70 theatres including full theatre addresses, contact numbers and email addresses, locations of disabled toilets, information for wheelchair users and even the number of stairs from the foyer to each level of the theatre.

Access London Theatre autumn 2010 is available in large print, on tape, CD or in Braille. To order your brochure free of charge, please call the Society of London Theatre on 020 7557 6700 or email enquiries@solttma.co.uk.
