Kids Week Activities

During Kids Week, select shows will run Workshops or interactive Curtain Calls before or after performances, so you can get even more from your theatre trip!

Workshops

Activities, including singing, dancing, acting, puppetry & storytelling workshops can be booked alongside theatre tickets for the attached performance via this page. Spaces on these workshops are limited so a maximum of 4 children can attend per booking.

MUSICAL THEATRE WORKSHOP Step into the bustling streets of London and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of singing, dancing, and theatrical adventure! This exciting, interactive workshop gives young performers the chance to work alongside members of the Oliver! creative team as they explore the world of the show and create their very own gang character. Aspiring performers will then dive into a high-energy dance session, learning choreography from the iconic and mischievous number “Pick a Pocket.” Led by Oliver creatives, participants will develop their performance skills while having plenty of fun, building confidence, and working together as part of a lively ensemble. Whether you're a seasoned performer or completely new to the stage, this workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to unleash your creativity, make new friends, and experience the magic of musical theatre in a supportive and inspiring environment. For ages 9-12

COMEDY ACTING WORKSHOP Step into a world of hilarious espionage and partake in a comedy workshop in the West End. Learn how to go undercover with characterisation exercises with the team from Mischief’s smash-hit The Comedy About Spies, then dive into a scene from the show. You will be joined and guided on your mission by Mischief company members. This activity is suitable for ages 13-17

Open to all Kids Week bookers attending the specific performance that has the ‘curtain call’ attached. A chance to find out more from the cast or creatives about the show you have just watched.

Peppermint Breath – learn the dance and sing-a-long Learn the dance and sing along to the song 'Peppermint Breath' from the show. The cast will be teaching the song and dance from the stage, so everyone is welcome to follow along with this fun interactive activity!* *Audience members to stay in their seats if they wish to partake. Activity due to last 15-20 mins from approximately 2.05pm.
