Andrew Scott is fast becoming the West End’s most revered leading man. Following his Olivier-nominated turn in Hamlet at the Almeida and the Pinter Theatre, he’s made his eagerly anticipated return to The Old Vic. He’s performing in a special two-week run of Sea Wall – a devastating 30-minute play by Simon Stephens (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time).

Last night, Andrew and Simon sat down with Sarah Hemming to discuss the play at a Voices Off Live Q&A. Watch the video below to find out what they said:

Sea Wall is about Alex – a man who loves his wife, his daughter, his job, and where he lives. But no matter how happy you are, the force of life can crash against you. Sometimes, the things you depend on most can be taken away.

The one-man show was written for Andrew as part of the 200th Birthday celebrations of The Old Vic.
