We do love a first look/listen at a new show in Theatreland, so we’re very excited to hear some music from the upcoming production of The Prince Of Egypt.
Giving us a teaser of what to expect from the show, here’s an orchestral recording of The Prince Of Egypt’s music.
The show is going to have an incredible score, including the Academy Award-winning song, When You Believe, and four other songs from the original animated film (including Deliver Us, All I Ever Wanted, and Through Heaven’s Eyes).
The musical will also feature 10 new songs by Stephen Schwartz, who also wrote the music and lyrics for the film, and who is directing this very production.
The Prince Of Egypt arrives at the Dominion Theatre from Wednesday 5 February 2020. Running for just 32 weeks, tickets are available now.
