Slava’s Snowshow set for Southbank Xmas

The critically acclaimed family hit Slava’s Snowshow will return to the Southbank Centre for a fourth consecutive festive run this December.

Mixing theatrical clowning and stunning visuals, the eccentric show will guarantee the magic of a white Christmas from 17 December to 5 January at the venue’s Royal Festival Hall.

Performed by a world-renowned company of clowns led by Slava Polunin, the recently appointed Artistic Director of the St Petersburg Circus, the show made its UK premiere 20 years ago and has been delighting audiences aged 8 to 88-years old with its snow-filled world ever since.

Described by The Independent as “simply thrilling… an unforgettable comedy masterpiece”, the innovative show takes audiences on a magical journey in which a cobweb envelops the audience and one tiny piece of paper begins a heart-stopping blizzard of snow.

The Olivier Award-winning hit will arrive in London just in time for Christmas following a UK tour.
