Potted Panto entertains stranded travellers

Published 20 December 2010

The producers of Christmas show Potted Panto are offering free tickets to travellers stranded in London due to snow.

Anyone whose travel plans have been delayed or abandoned because of the weather are invited to present their travel ticket at the Vaudeville theatre box office to receive a complimentary ticket to see Dan and Jeff whiz through six pantomimes faster than the announcement of an airport closure after two inches of snow.

Potted Panto, which opened at the Vaudeville theatre on 10 December, is the latest effort from CBBC presenters Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, who began their reduced style of performance with Potted Potter. This time the duo turn their hands to pantomime, sending up the conventions of the genre and portraying all the familiar characters in a show suitable for children and adults alike.

The offer of free tickets is available on a same-day basis only, in person at the Vaudeville theatre box office, subject to availability.
