Karamazov Brothers fly into the West End

First Published 4 April 2011, Last Updated 4 April 2011

The Vaudeville theatre is set for a high-energy summer with acrobatic comedians The Flying Karamazov Brothers moving in for a limited season this June.

They are not Russian, they don’t fly and they are not really related but the kilt wearing, moustachioed troupe has performed across the world, entertaining audiences with a unique and chaotic mix of music, comedy, acrobatics, dancing and juggling.

Created over 30 years ago, The Flying Karamazov Brothers returns to London for the first time in 17 years direct from a year-long run in New York. Taking inspiration from the likes of Monty Python and The League Of Gentlemen, the production aims to take live comedy to new heights with a raucous blend of linguistic and physical stunts.

Suitable for the whole family, The Flying Karamazov Brothers plays for a limited run from 9 June to 10 September.

The acrobatic show follows Neil LaBute’s current play In A Forest Dark And Deep which runs until 4 June at the venue.
