The programme has now been announced for TheatreCraft 2019, which takes on 11 November at the Royal Opera House and surrounding venues. You can now sign up for your free place and book workshops, talks, Q&As and backstage tours via www.theatrecraft.org.

Sessions range from tips on producing, writing, directing to insights into technical theatre, armoury, scenic art, costume and prop-making – as well as expert advice on networking, crafting the perfect CV and getting a foot on the ladder of an arts career.

The Royal Opera House hosts TheatreCraft this year and will be offering backstage tours and insight into careers in costume, armoury and props.

A ‘careers marketplace’ will run all day at the Royal Opera House, with stalls from over 50 of the country’s top theatre organisations and arts education providers. Take the chance to wander the marketplace, chat to the exhibitors, pick up expert advice and even find out about any jobs and work experience currently available.
