Nine men and nine women are stripped bare, both literally and figuratively, in Tragédie, a piece that focuses on the anatomy of the human body.

Exploring the human condition, the 18 dancers combine concise repetitious phases of movement to create a hypnotic chorus where body and soul meet.

Award-winning choreographer Olivier Dubois has been at the cutting edge of the French contemporary dance scene since 1999. Here he makes his UK choreographic debut having notched up performances with some of the finest dance companies in the world including Ballet Preljocaj and Sasha Waltz.
