The Scoop at More London offers another summer season of free theatre in the outdoor amphitheatre by City Hall.

This year’s family offering is Toad Hall!, an adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s popular story The Wind In The Willows.

Toad wants to be famous. He wants to be the fastest, coolest, bravest, brightest, most celebrated toad on the planet. The only trouble is, Toad is yet to find anything he’s good at.

When his ancestral home, Toad Hall, is threatened with an invastion of stoats, weasels and newts, Toad must knuckle down and employ every spiffing prank, wicked wheeze and jolly japes he knows to repel the jealous wild-wooders and wily amphibians at the gate.

The Steam Industry’s production is packed with jokes, tunes and puppets as it turns the Thames into the riverbank and City Hall into Toad Hall.
