Making its London premiere after a smash-hit Edinburgh Fringe season, this is the 2am Sinatra you dream of meeting: Raw. Dangerous. Unpredictable. Brilliant.

Step into Crazy Coqs to join Frank Sinatra in 1971 Palm Springs, California. The legend is on the verge of retirement, and the air is awash with anticipation as audiences jockey for position as his last intimate performance.

But times are changing, and as the Rolling Stones and David Bowie begin to dominate the charts, Sinatra’s star is fading. With bloodshot blue eyes and a face craggy with booze, cigarettes and memories, Sinatra drinks One For My Baby too many – and exposes his flawed genius to the crowd.

Richard Shelton delivers a memorably tough, yet laid-back and authentic, performance as Sinatra, crooning with style and portraying the iconic figure with style and aplomb.

You’ll leave Sinatra: Raw wanting more – more of the music, more of the man, and more of the masterpiece.

And should you wish to enjoy dinner or a light bite to eat before or after your show, Brasserie Zédel is located just across the foyer from Crazy Coqs.
