A dangerously charged romance is played out amid bittersweet love songs in this award-winning new play.

Lauren and Daz are having an illicit weekend away. Amongst the peeling wallpaper of a faded hotel room they laugh, quarrel and make love, but they don’t dare go out. After all, at just 15 years old, one of them is just a child… the other their teacher.

Scarborough won a Fringe First Award at the 2007 Edinburgh Festival. It is staged at the Royal Court as a new production in two parts.
