Charles Strouse has been called one of the most talented composers in Broadway’s history. He has won three Tony Awards, an Emmy and a Grammy, as well as being elected to both the Theatre Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Some of his most memorable songs include Tomorrow, Put On A Happy Face, Once Upon A Time and Maybe, from musicals such as Annie, Bye Bye Birdie and Applause.

To celebrate his 80th birthday, Charles Strouse published his autobiography, Put On A Happy Face. Barry Fantoni has freely adapted the book into a two hour show packed with Strouse’s greatest songs.
