Muttnik: The First Dog In Space is the story of a stray dog living on the streets of Moscow. One day, Muttnik is captured and given a new home at the Russian Space Centre before being sent on an exciting adventure into space.

After her previous sell-out productions, Niki McCretton gives her imaginative interpretation of Laika, the dog sent into space by the Russians in 1957.

Muttnik: The First Dog In Space is a solo theatre performance told without words through dance, music, puppetry and gentle humour, which is suitable for children over three years old.
