A piercing look at life in the midst of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and the experience of being an Arabic traveller since the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Centre. Khalifa Natour delivers a virtuoso solo performance, describing the frustrating and farcical journey of a Palestinian actor holding an Israeli passport who tries to fly from Paris to Tel Aviv on the wrong day.

In Spitting Distance won first prize at the prestigious TheaterNetto Festival for one man shows in Tel Aviv, and has since been staged at Peter Brook’s Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord in Paris.
