Frederick Ashton’s balletic version of the classic rags-to-riches story of a young girl who rises from kitchen maid to princess.

Set to Prokofiev’s score, Cinderella has all the elements of the traditional story – the spiteful stepsisters, the fairy godmother, the ball, the striking clock – as well as magical moments created by Ashton’s choreography, such as Cinderella’s pas de deux with her Prince.
