When a country’s new border is drawn, a couple are divided by the line. Under the rigorous eyes of a new border guard, they are trapped in an increasingly absurd nightmare, stuck in between two aggressive nations on the verge of war.

With humour, playwright Kieran Lynn explores the imaginary lines that divide us and the severe penalties for crossing them.

An Incident At The Border received its world premiere earlier this year at the Finborough theatre. It proved so successful at the fringe theatre that it now transfers for a West End season.
