Fans of theatre and those who want to learn a little bit more should toss their programmes with delight as tickets for the 2011 Theatreland Walking Tours are now on sale.
The tours, led by Blue Badge Guide Diane Burstein, wend their way through the West End and past some of London’s best-loved performance venues as walkers are treated to tales about the eventful past of these historic theatres.
The Sunday tours, which begin at 14:30 and last around two hours, will be held on 17 April, 22 and 29 May, 12 and 19 June, 3 and 10 July, 14 August and 11 and 25 September. Tickets, which cost £9.50 each, can be booked by emailing walkingtours@solttma.co.uk or calling 020 7557 6700.
