Polka theatre’s popular drama workshops return this February half term, offering children the chance to try their hand at playwriting, clowning and other fun activities at the Wimbledon-based children’s theatre.
The week’s events begin on 16 February with a special morning workshop for children aged five and over and their families to celebrate Chinese New Year. Accompanying adults go free.
Young people can learn the skills they need to clown around in two fun, physical workshops aimed at those aged 7 to 9 (morning) and 9 to 11 (afternoon) on Thursday 18 February.
Lastly, a day-long playwriting workshop on Friday 19 February allows participants to work with Polka professionals to write their very own play.
