What is Show Time?

Show Time is the extension of our annual New Year Sale promotion which offers tickets for top London shows for performances in January and February. This year, we have extended the promotion until 31 March 2022.

When does Show Time go on sale?

We relaunch the promotion at 2pm on Tuesday 8 February. 

Which shows are participating in Show Time?

You can find a full list of participating shows here.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets cost £10, £20, £30, £40 or £50, depending on the show. Not every show offers tickets at every price point, or for every performance. There are no booking fees to pay.

What performances are tickets valid for?

You can buy tickets for selected performances until 31 March 2022, subject to availability. If you cannot find your preferred performance via Show Time. Full price tickets are available via our Theatre Tickets page.

How do I book?

All tickets must be booked online via OfficialLondonTheatre.com/showtime. Show Time tickets cannot be booked at theatre box offices.

How do I make an Access booking?

If you have access needs the easiest way of booking tickets is directly with the theatre as they know the venue best and can give you the best experience. The theatre will honour our Show Time price or their access rate – whichever is cheapest. The list of phone numbers and email addresses can all be found here.

Can I pay with Theatre Tokens?

Yes, you can pay with Theatre Tokens online. Just follow the instructions on the payment page to redeem your tokens. 

How will I get my ticket?

Your Show Time ticket will come as an e-ticket and will be emailed to you before the show. Some e-tickets are sent on the day of performance. 

I have a problem with my booking. Who do I contact?

If you have an issue with an existing booking, our customer service page allows you to check booking details, resend your confirmation email plus information on how your tickets will be delivered.  If you have a more general enquiry about your booking then please complete our enquiry form and we will get back to you.

What if I can no longer attend due to Covid?

Subject to availability, exchanges will be possible if you can no longer attend due to Covid 19.  Please complete our booking exchange form as soon as possible before the performance you have booked for. Exchanges are not available on the day of or after the event. 

What happens if a performance is cancelled?

If a performance is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund, or exchange subject to availability. You will be contacted directly.

 

Additional Information

  • Customers can book for multiple shows but we reserve the right to investigate any suspicious bookings
  • The offer does not apply to tickets already booked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Tickets are subject to availability for specific performances only and not all shows offer tickets at all price points
  • The list of participating shows will change throughout the promotion as some shows sell out and new shows join
  • Some shows do sell out quickly, so we recommend having a few shows in mind before you book, and to be flexible with your dates where possible
