Colour Me In

Colouring sheets have long been a kids favourite, but in more recent years have gained popularity with adults too.

Besides teaching young children about lines, shapes, colours and patterns, this fun activity can also build their self-esteem and confidence, knowing they have the ability to successfully complete a task. And if you’re an adult, colouring-in can help you de-stress and bring your thoughts to the present moment which is great for mindfulness.
